Designed by our in-house designer Nathan Webster, the garden featured at the RHS Tatton Show’s Young Designer of the Year and won a gold medal. Themed around off-grid living in a forest setting, it beautifully showcases sustainable living within nature.

The space includes a sunken luxury lodge surrounded by chopped-log retaining walls, with logs repurposed as a bike rack and a table fashioned from a tree stump, evoking the forest's ambiance. Sandstone steps and paving reflect the local natural sandstone.
Magnificent pine and birch trees provide height and scale, forming a light, airy canopy that retains the garden's natural theme. Modern touches, such as a cantilevered outdoor shower controlled by Bluetooth, integrate seamlessly with the lodge's contemporary design. The garden's limited planting scheme aligns with the informal woodland tone, featuring textural greens like ferns, nettles, and bracken, with accents of royal purple from Digitalis purpurea. Corten steel planters are filled with edibles like pak choi and rocket.
