Hallam Towers is an opulent, hill-top residential development of 14 stories in the leafy suburb of Ranmoor, Sheffield. Our brief involved designing and building all the landscaped areas surrounding this building, including pedestrian and vehicular access, a landscaped podium, and the car park it is situated upon. From the start, considerations were made for safe working at height and accommodations put in place for restricted access throughout the build.

Our designs evolved with the build to improve practicality and enhance the experience for the end-users.
We maximised the impressive views of the area using open-plan spaces with tranquil relaxation areas for families to enjoy. Impactful planting and decorative trees add to the development’s chic and timeless feel.
Our scope also included building retaining wall structures which were crucial to the success of the scheme. Attention to segregated pedestrian and vehicle paths ensure safe access for residents and visitors alike.
